Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Arizona Caregiver Certification is required.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Negative TB Test prior to starting.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration as outlined in residents’ care plans.
• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and eating.
• Observe and document residents’ health, reporting changes to the health care team.
• Follow individualized care plans to meet residents’ needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment.
• Act quickly in emergencies and coordinate with the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with families about resident care.
