Cogir Senior Living is looking for Care Partners to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents in a supportive, team-based environment. You will assist with daily living activities to ensure comfort, safety, and dignity while encouraging independence.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and collaboration with healthcare professionals and families. Weekend rotation is expected, with opportunities for growth and benefits offered by Cogir.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Current caregiver training/certification (CNA/GNA/PCA/DCA) or willingness to obtain.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Promote independence, dignity, and safety in daily care.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activities.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Foster open communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
