Job summary

Touchmark is seeking a Personal Care Assistant/Caregiver for our Pilot Butte location in Central Oregon. This full- and part-time role focuses on daily living support, companionship, and compassionate care for residents in a geriatric setting on Touchmark campuses.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a genuine interest in elder care, and a commitment to confidentiality and Touchmark's core values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (companionship, grooming, hygiene, dressing, showering, mobility, toileting)
• Provide daily presence and build lasting relationships with residents and their families
• Maintain dignity and quality of care across Touchmark's Home Care Department
• Support teamwork and safety in a geriatric care setting

We are currently seeking the right person to join our care team as a Personal Care Assistant/ Caregiver in our Home Care Department, serving our Pilot Butte Location.

Our department keeps growing! So, we have added various full-time and part-time shifts that are currently available, with needs including coverage on nights and weekends.

$20.62 - 22.54 per hour starting wage/ depending on experience /benefit eligible with full-time hours!

All home visits are on the Touchmark campuses. No driving all over town needed!

As a Caregiver in our Home Care Department, you will enrich lives every day by ensuring residents across our community receive the highest level of dignity and care. You will have the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.

In this role, you will assist residents with activities of daily living as needed - activities such as companionship, grooming, hygiene, dressing, showering, mobility and toileting.
