Job summary

Touchmark at Meadow Lake Village in Idaho is hiring Caregivers to join our team. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus after six months of full-time employment, evening and overnight shifts, weekend availability, and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.

• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and a team-oriented mindset in a geriatric setting.

SIGN-ON BONUS OF $1000 FOLLOWING 6 MONTHS OF FULL-TIME EMPLOYMENT!

Hiring Evening and Overnight Shifts

Evening (2:00 pm-10:00 pm) Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday

Overnight (10:00 pm-6:00 am) Tuesday-Saturday

You must be willing and able to work at least one weekend shift each week. You must be willing and able to work holidays as scheduled.

Part time shifts are also available.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion).
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
• 18 years of age or older
