Job summary

Touchmark at The Ranch in Prescott is seeking a full-time maintenance-focused team member. You will maintain homes and gardens, ensuring clean and attractive spaces for residents in a premier retirement community.

Responsibilities include on-call shifts, coordinating with vendors, and using basic technical knowledge of appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A high school diploma and valid driver license are required, with fingerprint clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to work on-call rotation including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with general maintenance in a community setting; healthcare background is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of appliances, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of technology such as smartphones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and PCs.
• Ability to schedule and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Proficient with business software and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to move quickly to various areas of the property.
• Physical work is a primary part of this role.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Maintain patient and tactful composure around residents and staff.
• Valid Driver License.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance.

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Ability to work with, schedule and negotiate contracts with vendors
• Have working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems
• Have the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property
• Physical work is a primary part of this role
• Be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Valid Driver License
• Possess or willing to obtain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
