Job summary

DIXON SOCIAL INTERACTIVE SERVICES, INC. seeks a dedicated Qualified Professional CADC to support individuals on their path to recovery and wellness. You will perform assessments, provide counseling, and document care within guidelines.

Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor person-centered service plans, coordinate with providers, and maintain confidential records. Strong communication and trauma-informed approach required. EHR proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CADC credential and eligibility to serve as a Qualified Professional, as applicable to the role and jurisdiction.
• Experience working with individuals affected by substance use, behavioral health, or related support needs.
• Knowledge of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered service approaches.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with electronic health records or other documentation systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and counseling services within the scope of certification and organizational guidelines.
• Conduct intake, screening, assessment, and ongoing service planning as appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized support plans in collaboration with clients and care teams.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate services with internal and external providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support clients in building coping skills, strengthening recovery goals, and accessing community resources.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and supervision as required.
• Follow all applicable ethical, professional, and compliance standards.
