Job summary

Dixon Social Interactive Services, Inc. is seeking a Qualified Professional-Certified Drug & Alcohol Counselor (CADC) to join our in-person team in North Carolina. The role emphasizes treatment planning, case management, and direct counseling across SACOT/SAIOP functions.

The position offers either part-time or full-time hours with a pay range of $17 to $24 per hour. Experience in addiction counseling (2 years) and a Bachelor's degree preferred are desirable; CADC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Language skills: ability to read and write English.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop treatment plans and goals for members on assigned caseload.
• Document service notes reflecting clinical services and goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and member rights.
• Provide individual counseling and case management sessions.
• Facilitate group counseling and educational sessions under supervision.
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and incidents.
• Oversee caseload continuity and appropriate referrals.
• Participate in weekly staffing and supervision meetings.
• May perform case management duties for members.
