Responsabilidades

• Conducts inspections of residential and commercial construction to determine compliance with codes, ordinances, and permits.
• Reviews building plans, site plans, permit applications, specifications, and related documents for compliance.
• Identifies and documents code violations; communicates corrections and conducts follow-up inspections.
• Issues notices or documentation regarding violations and performs enforcement actions as needed.
• Maintains accurate inspection reports, correspondence, photos, and case documentation.
