Qualifications

• OH Building Inspector Certification required (RLC Level 3).
• Electrical Safety Inspector specialization is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Experience in municipal code inspections preferred.
• Read plans and specifications; inspect at construction stages.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections during various stages of construction.
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.
• Perform other related duties as required.
