Nadia Care is seeking a certified Birth Doula to support expectant mothers in the Memphis area. The role covers two prenatal visits and on-call labor support, helping with labor plans, non-medical pain relief, and postpartum guidance.

Contract position with scheduling flexibility for 1–4 births per month; remote work within the contiguous US is available, with billing handled by Nadia Care and coordination with RN staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Doula Certification and deep knowledge of childbirth and non-medical pain management.
• Strong communication with cultural sensitivity and compassion for clients and providers.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and use telehealth and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Build connections in two virtual prenatal visits and educate on labor positions and birth plans.
• Be on-call to support clients through active labor.
• Escalate clinical and social needs to the care team and document interactions.
