Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in the Vancouver, WA area. You will work 1:1 with children, delivering individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, and document promptly while maintaining confidentiality.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with potential for additional hours and future opportunities in hybrid or virtual cases as program development continues.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're actively growing our team in the Vancouver area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

Setting:Home and/or school-based

Schedule:Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Pay:$25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services?As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take onhybrid or virtual casesas they become available.

What You'll Do

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings

Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
