Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking a compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and in school settings. This role does not involve clinic-based services, and you will work with a 5-year-old client, delivering in-person services approximately 20 hours per week.

Hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, with potential for additional hours and hybrid or virtual opportunities as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client's location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're currently seeking aCertified Behavior Technicianto provide services inEverett for a 5 year old client.

Schedule:Approximately20 hours per week.Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Setting:Home and/or school-based

Days/Times:Monday-Friday 9:00-1:00 p.m.

Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs

Pay:$21.00-$23.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours?As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take onhybrid or virtual casesas they become available.

What You'll Need

Required
