Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) in Aberdeen, WA for 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools. Schedule:Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Pay:$25.00–$28.00/hour

What You'll Do

• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
• Please note: An active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification is REQUIRED for this position.
• We will NOT contact or move forward with applicants who do not currently hold an active WA State CBT certification. We do not currently offer training to obtain the certification.
