Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in Silverdale, WA.

This part-time role offers hourly pay of $25.00–$28.00 with around 20 hours per week, supervision from BCBA, and opportunities for future hybrid or virtual cases as programs expand.

Qualifications

• Active WA CBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and data collection.
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and school settings.
• Collect session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivatedCertified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)to join our team!

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're currently seeking aCertified Behavior Technicianto provide services in Silverdale for a 4 year-old client.

Schedule:Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Setting:Home

Days/Times: M-F 8-12

Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs

Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client's location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
