Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a part-time Certified Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools in Washington state. The role requires WA CBT certification and involves in-person service with flexibility for hybrid opportunities.

The position offers hourly pay of $25–$28, with supervision from experienced BCBAs and potential for future hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Collect session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivatedCertified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)to join our team!

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're currently seeking aCertified Behavior Technicianto provide services in Puyallup to a 7 year-old client.

Schedule:Approximately 12-20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Setting:Home and/or school-based

Days/Times:MTTH 10-2 (Flexible)

Preferred Candidate: Female CBT / Experienced CBT / Open to all qualified CBTs]

Pay:$25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours?As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take onhybrid or virtual casesas they become available.

What You'll Do

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

Reliable transportation to the client's location

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed

Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

Previous ABA therapy experience

Two or more years of experience working with children

Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
