Empower Behavior Solutions is hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) for home and school-based ABA services in Vancouver, WA. The role involves 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and schools, under BCBA supervision, with flexible scheduling.

Pay is $25.00–$28.00 per hour, and virtual or hybrid opportunities may arise as programs develop. Strong data collection and professional communication are essential to support children’s growth and families.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients’ homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.

Current Opportunity

We’re actively growing our team in the Vancouver area and are hiring CBTs for current and upcoming home and school-based cases.

• Location: Vancouver, Washington

• Setting: Home and/or school-based

• Schedule: Flexible, based on client availability and your availability. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in eventually providing virtual services? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and clinical readiness may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed

• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience

• Two or more years of experience working with children

• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
