Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy in Lakewood, WA, mainly in home settings. The role involves delivering evidence-based ABA programs to an eight‑year‑old client, with approximately 10 hours per week and potential for additional hybrid or virtual cases as opportunities arise.

You will work in a home setting, MTTHF 4-6 p.m., with supervision from BCBAs and data collection duties.

Qualificações

• Active Washington State CBT certification is required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and data collection.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services and reliable transportation.

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivatedCertified Behavior Technicians (CBTs)to join our team!

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

We're currently seeking aCertified Behavior Technicianto provide services in Lakewood for an 8 year-old client.

Schedule:Approximately 10 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

Setting:Home

Days/Times: MTTHF 4-6 p.m.

Preferred Candidate:Open to all qualified CBTs

Pay:$25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours?As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take onhybrid or virtual casesas they become available.

What You’ll Do

Provide one‑on‑one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a BCBA

Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs

Deliver services in the client’s home and/or school

Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session

Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians

Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment

Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

Required

Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data

Reliable transportation to the client's location

Strong communication and organizational skills

Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed

Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

Previous ABA therapy experience

Two or more years of experience working with children

Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
