Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to provide 1:1 ABA services in Gig Harbor, with a preschool client, 4 years old, in a school setting.

The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8–12, with potential to expand to hybrid or virtual cases as the program grows. In-person services, supervision from BCBAs, and professional development are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• Applicants without an active WA CBT certification will not be contacted.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client’s location.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We’re currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in Gig Harbor for a 4 year-old client in a preschool setting.

• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align

• Setting: Preschool

• Days/Times: M-F 8-12

• Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs

• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You’ll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience

• Two or more years of experience working with children
