Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) for part-time, home-based ABA services in Everett. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and schools under BCBA supervision, with 20 hours per week and a schedule of Mon–Fri 9:00–1:00.

Opportunities for hybrid or virtual work may arise as the program grows. Required WA CBT certification, high school diploma, and experience implementing ABA programs with data collection.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification required.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client’s home or school.
• Record session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality per company policies.

Pay: $21.00–$23.00 per hour

Empower Behavior Solutions is growing, and we're looking for compassionate, motivated Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to join our team!

We provide high-quality ABA services designed to help children build meaningful skills, increase independence, and reach their full potential.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in Everett for a 5 year old client.

• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
• Setting: Home and/or school-based
• Days/Times: Monday-Friday 9:00-1:00 p.m.
• Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs
• Pay: $21.00–$23.00/hour

Interested in additional or future virtual hours? As our virtual program continues to develop, CBTs who establish themselves successfully with in-person services may have opportunities to take on hybrid or virtual cases as they become available.

What You'll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation in Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client's location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
