Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions in Everett, WA is seeking a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) for part-time, home and school-based ABA therapy. The role provides about 20 hours per week of 1:1 services with supervision from a BCBA and potential for hybrid opportunities as schedules allow.

You will deliver ABA interventions in clients’ homes or schools, collect data, and ensure timely documentation while maintaining confidentiality and professional communication with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State CBT certification is REQUIRED.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to the client's location.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to provide in-person services.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in the client's home and/or school.
• Collect session data and document in Rethink within 24 hours.

This position provides 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes and school settings. We do not provide clinic-based services.

Current Opportunity

We're currently seeking a Certified Behavior Technician to provide services in [LOCATION] Everett for a 7 year-old client.

• Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week. Additional hours may be available by combining multiple client cases when schedules and locations align
• Setting: Home and/or school-based
• Preferred Candidate: Open to all qualified CBTs
• Pay: $25.00–$28.00/hour

What You'll Need

Required

• Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) certification — REQUIRED
• Applicants without an active WA State CBT certification will not be contacted or considered
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data
• Reliable transportation to the client's location
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassion, patience, and a commitment to helping children succeed
• Willingness to provide in-person services

Preferred

• Previous ABA therapy experience
• Two or more years of experience working with children
• Interest in future hybrid or virtual ABA opportunities
