Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services Spokane is hiring a Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism.

You will help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors; document progress and milestones; and follow plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts. The position offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for working with children with special needs.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development or minimum one year experience with children in roles such as Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician.
