Job summary

Crystal Mountain is seeking a friendly restaurant bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with guests, and support servers in a fast, guest‑focused environment.

You will maintain bar inventory, present drink menus, upsell specials, complete opening and closing checklists, and keep the area clean and welcoming. Evening, weekend and holiday shifts are part of the schedule; certification (TIPS/TAMS) and knowledge of beer,

Qualifications

• TIPS/TAMS certification required.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and meets goals.
• Exemplifies professional conduct and adherence to company core values.
• Education: High School or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests seated at the bar.
• Maintain bar inventory and keep area clean and attractive.
• Present drink menus and upsell beverages and food items.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
• Record drink orders accurately into the POS system.
• Assist with restocking and bar maintenance as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
