Crystal Mountain is seeking a friendly and skilled bartender to join our Food and Beverage team. You will mix and serve beverages to guests, upsell drinks, and ensure accurate order entry at the bar in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of beer, wine and liquor, hold TIPS/TAMS certification, and demonstrate strong verbal communication and dependable work habits. Evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• TIPS/TAMS certification required.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills.
• Dependable and meets goals.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Receive and serve food orders to guests at the bar.
• Maintain bar inventory and keep glasses, bottles and space organized.
• Present drink menus, make recommendations, and upsell beverages.
• Record drink orders into the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Prepare garnishes and replenish bar snacks for patrons.
• Keep bar area clean and reset tables as needed.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and other duties as assigned.
