Life Time is seeking a Bartender to understand and follow alcohol serving laws, prepare cocktails and beverages, and interact with customers while assisting with food service as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification within first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the cafe for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, including garnish.
• Serve members and customers in a timely fashion, check IDs, accept payment, and answer questions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and return used dishware to bar/kitchen.
• Restock liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcohol ingredients; replace beer barrels.
• Reconcile the bar's cash register at end of shift.
