Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking an experienced Bartender to prepare cocktails and non-alcohol beverages, serve members, and maintain a clean bar area.

The role requires you to follow alcohol serving laws, check IDs, handle payments, restock supplies, and reconcile cash at shift end. CPR/AED certification within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 to 2 years of bartending experience.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and other drinks, including garnishes.
• Serves members and customers in a timely fashion, checks IDs, accepts payments, answers questions.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar surfaces, furniture, and equipment; returns used dishes.
• Re-stocks liquors, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar's cash register at shift end.
