Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, including garnishes.
• Serves members and customers promptly, checks IDs, handles payments.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and returns used dishware to bar/kitchen.
• Restocks liquors, wines, beer and non-alcoholic ingredients; replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar's cash register at the end of the shift.
