Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, including garnishes.
• Serves members and customers promptly, checks IDs, handles payments, and answers questions.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and sanitization of surfaces, furniture, and equipment.
• Restocks liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar's cash register at end of shift.
