Qualifications

• Bartenders must have 1–2 years of bartending experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified to serve alcohol.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
• Able to stand and move in a cafe for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes to prepare cocktails and drinks, including garnishes.
• Serves members and customers promptly, handles payments, and answers questions.
• Maintains bar cleanliness and sanitizes surfaces and equipment.
• Restocks liquors, wines, beer, and non-alcoholic ingredients; replaces beer barrels.
• Reconciles the bar's cash register at end of shift.
