Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a New Grad Certified Athletic Trainer for an on-site, 40-hour workweek in industrial settings. This proactive, prevention-focused role focuses on keeping employees healthy and reducing injuries through on-site care and safety collaboration.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) certification required.
• Minimum 1 year experience or new grad program completed.
• Bachelor's degree in athletic training or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
