Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for an on-site role in an industrial setting. You’ll work directly with employees to prevent injuries, deliver first aid, and support safety initiatives, building strong relationships across teams.

This proactive role focuses on prevention, wellness, and recovery, offering competitive benefits, 401(k) matching, and professional development as you help keep the workforce healthy and perform hands-on care daily.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential required or eligible.
• 1+ year experience in related role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs
