Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) in Abilene, TX is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time, on-site role. The position emphasizes injury prevention, employee wellness, and active participation in workplace safety with a detailed 4-on/3-off schedule and weekend rotations.

As a board-certified ATC, you will assess and mitigate workplace risks, lead wellness initiatives, and collaborate with safety teams to maintain healthy employees.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• 1+ year experience (or new grad program completion) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.

Certified Athletic Trainer

Full-Time | 40 hours a week | 4on/3off rotation including weekends (SAT/SUN), 10 hour shifts, 6am-4pm,
