Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time, on-site role in an industrial setting. The position runs Monday–Friday with one weekend shift per month, totaling 40 hours per week.

You'll perform on-site injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, stretch-and-flex sessions, wellness screenings, and support employee recovery while collaborating with safety teams to reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Must hold Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience or completed new grad program.
• On-site in industrial settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries.
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs.
