Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions LLC is hiring a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time role in Burlington, TX. This proactive, on-site position focuses on prevention, safety, and employee wellness within an industrial setting.

Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and 10-hour daytime shifts. You will perform on-site injury prevention, ergonomic assessments, stretch sessions, wellness screenings, and collaborate with safety teams to reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• ATC certification required
• 1+ year experience or completion of a new grad program preferred

• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations
• Support case management and employee recovery
