Athletic Training Solutions LLC is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for an on-site role in an industrial setting in Chester, VA. You will lead injury prevention, wellness programs, ergonomic assessments, and on-site first aid, partnering with safety teams to keep employees healthy and productive.

The position is full-time with a base salary range of $68,000–$81,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing CEU coverage.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) required.
• 1+ year experience preferred or new grad program completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries.
• Engage employees through education and wellness programs.
