Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Athletic Training or Bachelor’s in Athletic Training with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred certifications include NASM-CES, NASM-PES, ISFTA-CPT, NSCA-CSCS, FMS, SFMA.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• New graduates welcome; mentoring will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries.
• Coordinate patient care with healthcare professionals and educate patients and families on treatment plans.
• Independently make decisions that positively impact patient health and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure billing compliance when applicable.
• Participate in performance improvement, educational programs, and community outreach.
• Assist with special events and injury prevention education outside the clinic.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong communication in all interactions.
• Support patient care under supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist or MD when applicable.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling needs, including varying shifts and occasional event support.
