Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for a full-time role based in Jackson, TN. You will provide on-site injury prevention, first aid, ergonomic assessments, and lead stretch-and-flex sessions to promote employee wellness.

The position emphasizes reducing injuries and supporting recovery, with collaboration across safety teams and leadership; a 4-year degree and ATC certification are required, with 1+ year experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is required.
• 1+ year experience or completion of a new grad program preferred.
• On-site in industrial settings experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
