Job summary

Athletic Training Solutions (ATS) is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer for an on-site role in an industrial setting in Columbus, OH. This full-time position focuses on injury prevention and proactive health initiatives to support workplace safety and productivity.

You will conduct ergonomic assessments, lead stretch-and-flex sessions, wellness programs, and help manage cases while collaborating with safety teams to reduce injuries.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• 1+ year experience preferred or completion of a new grad program.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site injury prevention and first aid care.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and improve workplace safety.
• Lead stretch-and-flex sessions and wellness initiatives.
• Perform wellness screenings and musculoskeletal evaluations.
• Support case management and employee recovery.
• Partner with safety teams and leadership to reduce injuries.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 1 Saturday per month | Day Shift 6a/7a-2p/3p or 10a-6
