Job summary

VOALA seeks an AOD Support Staff III Certified - MC to provide treatment services, counseling, and crisis management for beneficiaries while monitoring program safety. You will train and mentor Registered AOD staff, maintain the AOD Credential, and collaborate with case managers to support treatment plans and EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• AOD Counseling and crisis management experience required.
• Experience mentoring AOD staff and trainees.
• Proven ability to document care and treatment in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Provide alcohol and drug counseling, intake, and assessments.
• Coordinate with case managers and therapists for treatment plans.
• Maintain program safety, monitor medication administration, and train staff.
