Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic’s Children’s Village in Yakima, WA seeks a Certified Behavior Technician to deliver ABA services to children with ASD in home, school, and community settings.

You’ll collect data, implement behavior plans under a supervising BCBA/LABA, and collaborate with therapists while ensuring documentation and compliance with healthcare standards. Bilingual skills qualify for differential pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in psychology/behavioral analysis or related field preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• BCBA/LABA supervision for intake and assessment.
• BLS certification within 45 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessment, develop individualized program exemplars, and collect data for FBA under supervision.
• Collect target behavior data, implement behavior reduction protocols, and implement alternative programs.
• Implement individualized programs to maintain and generalize skills and respond to challenging behaviors.
• Participate in cross-system meetings and collaborate with treatment professionals.
• Collaborate with other BTs to improve services.
• Complete required documentation for Behavioral Health Services and funders.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.
