Job summary

Join Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic as a Behavior Analyst II (BCBA) at Children's Village in Yakima, WA. You will design and implement ABA-based treatment plans and supervise technicians and analysts on site.

This exempt, full-time role offers relocation assistance, comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision, Rx) paid by the employer, and a 403(b) plan with profit sharing. PTO includes eight holidays, supporting a balanced work life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Analysis, Developmental Psychology, or Special Education with 250 hours of ABA instruction.
• Two years' experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Washington State LBA and/or BCBA certification; BLS and Right Response within set timelines; FBI fingerprints required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and guide Certified Behavior Technicians on data collection and treatment goals.
• Lead weekly training meetings and complete supervision forms.
• Provide clinical direction to Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts on assessments and plans.
• Guide behavior analysis, FBA and parent trainings for LSBA.
• Communicate medication-related feedback to psychiatric staff.
• Develop and update initial and ongoing behavior change plans with guardians.
