Job summary

Children's Village in Yakima, WA provides ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school and community settings. The role includes intake assessments, data collection for FBA, and implementing behavior plans under supervision of licensed professionals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in psychology or related field preferred.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities preferred.
• BCBA/LBA supervision for BCBA supervision timelines may be required.
• BLS certification within 45 days of hire.
• Right Response certification within six months of hire.
• FBI fingerprints clearance within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred at level 9.

Responsibilities

• Complete intake assessment, develop program exemplars, and participate in FBA data collection under supervision.
• Collect target behavior data, implement behavior reduction protocols, and run alternative programs.
• Implement individualized programs to maintain and generalize skills and respond to challenging behaviors.
• Participate in cross-system planning meetings with treatment professionals.
• Collaborate with other Certified Behavior Technicians to improve services.
• Complete BHS and funder documentation as required.
• Perform clinical tasks in line with TJC, HRSA, and YVFWC requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
