Job summary

Behavioral Health Works, Inc. is looking for energetic Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work directly with families to enhance children's skills through personalized support.

No certification required, as we provide training to those willing to learn. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, allowing you to make a difference in children's lives while balancing your schedule. Competitive pay and travel reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience with developmental disabilities or active RBT Certification.
• Must be available 4 days a week for 4 hours daily after 3 PM.
• Comfortable driving to client sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy.
• Track client progress during therapy sessions.
• Work with energetic children to build life skills.

Skills

Experience with developmental disabilities

Ability to teach communication and social skills

Reliable transportation

Pursuing or completed degree in Education or related field
