Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years related work experience or bachelor’s degree with 1 year related work experience.
• Laboratory environment experience preferred.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting preferred.
• Basic math, writing, and statistics knowledge required.
• Ability to generate basic technical reports.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Follow approved work instructions to create/analyze ceramic products.
• Assist in analyzing data, systems, processes, and equipment; report results to leadership.
• Develop technical reports and identify solutions for improvements.
• Gather data using appropriate software to maintain records of technical data.
• Interact with internal customers and review findings of analyses.
