Job summary

East Fork Pottery is seeking a Sales Associate for our DC location. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and meeting monthly sales goals in-person at 1313 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20007.

You will work with the Store Manager and team to promote our brand, maintain product knowledge, and ensure smooth store operations, inventory, and checkout procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Capable of meeting monthly sales goals and maintaining store standards.
• Comfort with using store tech and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales goals through effective customer interactions.
