Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake, OH seeks a Ceramics Shell Process Engineer to support the shell department, partner with operations and engineering, and drive continuous improvements in efficiency, throughput, safety, quality, and cost performance across the team.

You will own process changes, lead root cause analyses, establish SPC charts, and help deploy new technologies to extend capabilities while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, prefer investment casting.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Manufacturing Managers and Business Unit teams to implement process changes.
• Assess production changes and sustain improvements.
• Own clean and cap department incoming materials.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers across levels.
• Establish SPC control charts for key variables.
• Investigate shell process defects using root cause analysis.
