Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake is seeking a Ceramics Shell Process Engineer to provide technical and manufacturing support for the shell department in an investment casting facility. You will drive continuous improvements, reduce process variation, and support new product launches to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and cost performance.

You will collaborate with operations and engineering teams to implement changes, establish SPC charts, and lead training and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably in investment casting.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering to implement process changes.
• Develop and sustain SPC control charts for key variables.
• Own clean and cap materials handling and related procedures.
• Identify and evaluate new process technologies to extend capabilities.
• Ensure safety policies and training programs are followed.
