Job summary

Torrecid S.A. is seeking a Ceramic Technician to join our team. You will work primarily at client facilities in Middle Tennessee, supporting the industrialization of production processes and helping develop ceramic glazes and designs using Torrecid's semi-finished products.

Training starts in Nashville, with future time spent at client sites across the Middle TN region and occasional travel to Texas. This hands-on role offers a path to technical sales and leadership within the company.

• Provide excellent technical service, thereby improving Torrecid's market reputation and earning trust as a long-term partner for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently looking for a Ceramic Technician to join our team. The Ceramic Technician will work predominantly from our clients' production facilities in the Middle Tennessee region to assist with the development and creation of graphics for Ceramic applications. Prospective candidates must be comfortable getting their hands dirty in a 90-100% on-site production/factory setting. The Ceramic Technician will initially report to our offices in Nashville (for training, and then from time to time moving forward), BUT will spend most of their time at our clients' facilities in and around Middle TN(Cookeville, Lebanon, etc.) and will occasionally need to travel to Texas.
