Job summary

Torrecid S.A. is seeking a Ceramic Technician to join our team. You will work primarily at client facilities in Middle Tennessee, supporting the industrialization of production processes and helping develop ceramic glazes and designs using Torrecid's semi-finished products.

Training starts in Nashville, with future time spent at client sites across the Middle TN region and occasional travel to Texas. This hands-on role offers a path to technical sales and leadership within the company.

Qualifications

• Associates or technical school in engineering or related fields.
• Team-oriented and capable of autonomous work.
• Critical thinking and proactive problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and take direction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with shifting priorities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ceramic Division customers during the industrialization phase of their production processes.
• Developing new solutions regarding ceramic glazes, effects, and designs using Torrecid's semi-finished products.
• Provide excellent technical service, thereby improving Torrecid's market reputation and earning trust as a long-term partner for our customers.
