Job summary

TORRECID USA is seeking a Ceramic Technician to support clients in the Middle Tennessee region, primarily on-site at production facilities. Training will occur at Nashville, with field work at sites in Cookeville, Lebanon, and occasional travel to Texas.

The role blends technical ceramic process knowledge with client-facing responsibilities, building a long-term partner network. The ideal candidate is associates- or technically educated, comfortable in team settings, capable of independent

Qualifications

• Associates or technical school; engineering or similar fields preferred.
• Comfortable working in a team and autonomously.
• Ability to think critically and take preventive actions.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ceramic Division customers during industrialization of production processes.
• Develop solutions for ceramic glazes, effects, and designs using Torrecid materials.
• Provide excellent technical service to improve market reputation and build long-term client partnerships.
