Project Hospitality seeks a highly accomplished Chief of Staff & Senior Advisor to the CEO to serve as trusted executive partner, strategic counselor, and operational leader ensuring disciplined execution across the organization.

The role coordinates executive communications, governance processes, and cross‑functional initiatives, aligning priorities, managing sensitive relationships, and translating vision into measurable actions for growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred in related fields.
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic advisor or senior executive partner.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted senior advisor and thought partner to the CEO on priorities and emerging issues.
